IPL 2020: Royal Challengers Bangalore have reached the finals thrice but are yet to win the title. Virat Kohli would hope his team improves in comparison to the last two campaigns.
The Bangalore Royal Challengers under the leadership of Virat Kohli have always been considered one of the most glamorous teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL), but they have also labeled laggards due to the fact that they have never won the title despite reaching the final three times. One of five teams to play all 10 seasons - the Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Daredevils, and Kings XI Punjab - have yet to win the title. They came close three times, finishing second in 2009, 2011, and 2016, and also finishing third in two issues (2010 and 2015).
